Coach Brad McCoy has coached three teams to multiple state championship games. He is also father and mentor to also Colt McCoy, who is known for not only his athletic accomplishments but also his character. Coach McCoy is guided in his life, his parenting, and his coaching by principles found in the Christian faith. He joined The Flippen Group after 27 years coaching and teaching in the public school system. During this time, he gained extensive knowledge about what determines success in athletics, while also developing a passion for growing athletes into great leaders.
